Shipping Policy

Please note that we only ship physical products to the U.S. and Canada, however, Online Streaming is available for purchase throughout the world. (Medical products cannot be shipped outside of the United States)

Please note that if your shipping address is a retail location, or a re-shipping service facility, we will ask you to verify your identification before your order can be completed. 

In stock items will ship within 72 hours of order not including weekends & holidays.

Custom orders, such as Stroup Knives, will have a turnaround time of 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase (unless otherwise listed on the product page) but can extend during busy times such as around the winter holidays. Shipping costs will vary based on weight, quantity & shipping destination.

Most Knives and Medical gear is shipped directly from our distributor in North Carolina. Most other products are shipped from our distributor in PA.

Customers may be provided with a tracking number upon shipping.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for physical or digital film sales (Online Streaming, USBs, DVDs) due to the unique nature of those products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can try to resolve the order promptly.

ejsnyder.com has a return policy of 30 days after you receive your order, for most items. Stroup Knives does not accept returns, so EJSNYDER.com is not able to accept returns for Stroup Knives. 

All returned products must be in their original and unused condition and must be in their original packaging.

Perishable products and apparel are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. We also do not accept returns for the following items: Clothing of any sort, Boots, Gloves, Batteries, Headwear, Body Armor, First Aid or trauma treatment products (including tourniquets), Stroup Knives products, or any special order items.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned with no defect, which will be deducted from your refund. Please include the original packing slip with all returns for proof of purchase. We do not refund shipping charges, and shipping costs for all returns are the customer’s responsibility if there is no manufacturers defect. If your merchandise is found to have a legitimate manufacturers defect, your shipping costs will be refunded (Lowest rate ground shipping only), or applied towards your exchange, and there will be no re-stocking fee.

Delays in turnaround time can & do happen. In the event of a delay in turnaround time we will update via email. We do not refund for delayed turnaround time. 

We do not accept returns for any products 30 days after you receive your order.

Clearance items are not eligible for return. Sale items that are returned will only be returned for the original sale price that you paid, plus the standard 20% restocking fee, if a restocking fee applies to your return.

ONLINE COURSES RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of these products we do not offer returns on any online digital product.

DIGITAL MEDIA RETURN POLICY

DVDs and USB Drives are not returnable due to the content being digital media that can be copied. If you receive a DVD and it does not operate properly, we will replace the DVD once we receive the non-working DVD(s).  Films on USB drives that are lost due to user error are not returnable or replaceable. There are NO returns on USB film purchases, only replacements if deemed necessary due to bad file transfers.
