Shipping Policy

Shipping Availability

  • We currently ship physical products only to the U.S. and Canada.

  • Online streaming products are available for purchase worldwide.

  • Medical products cannot be shipped outside of the United States due to regulations.

Verification Policy

If your shipping address is a retail location or a re-shipping facility, we may require ID verification before completing your order to prevent fraud.

Shipping Timeframes

  • In-stock items typically ship within 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Custom orders (e.g., Stroup Knives) ship within 2–4 weeks unless otherwise noted on the product page. Turnaround times may be longer during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays).

Shipping Sources

  • Knives and medical gear ship from our distributor in North Carolina.

  • All other items ship from our facility in Pennsylvania.

  • Shipping rates vary based on weight, quantity, and destination.

Tracking

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once an item has shipped, when available.


Returns & Exchanges

General Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, unless otherwise noted.

  • All returned items must be unused and in original packaging with a packing slip for proof of purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless there is a verified manufacturer defect.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Digital products (Online Streaming, USBs, DVDs)

  • Custom orders (e.g., Stroup Knives)

  • Perishables and apparel

  • Used or opened items

  • Clothing, boots, gloves, batteries, headwear

  • Body armor, trauma gear, tourniquets, or first aid products

  • Special order or clearance items

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to any return that is not due to defect.

  • This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Defective Products

  • If your product has a manufacturer defect, we will:

    • Waive the restocking fee

    • Cover ground shipping costs for the return or replacement


Media Returns

Digital Media (DVDs & USBs)

  • No returns or refunds are accepted for digital media.

  • DVD replacements will be issued only if the disc is defective and returned to us.

  • USB film drives cannot be replaced for user error or loss. Only defective transfers will be considered for replacement.

Online Courses

  • No refunds are offered on any online digital training due to the nature of the product.


Event & Workshop Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • 0–30 days before event: No refunds or rescheduling allowed.

  • 31–60 days before event: Tuition may be applied to a future class.

  • 61–90 days before event: Eligible for a 75% refund.

  • 91+ days before event: Eligible for a full refund minus 10% cancellation fee.

Note: No retroactive discounts or coupon reimbursements will be issued. You may not cancel and re-register to apply a new discount code.

  • If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to a future date.

Promotional Items with Enrollment

  • If you received free gear or virtual training during a promotion and cancel within a refund-eligible window, the retail value of free items will be deducted from your refund.
