SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed in our system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the order which they are received, except during holidays. Most products will ship within 24 -72 hours after the order has been placed, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm EST.
ALL Medical items will have a 4-6 week lead time due to medical items and kits being made to order by the manufacturer. This includes all individual medical items as well as IFAKs.
Most backordered items have a 4-6 week lead time. Please email us for specific lead times on back-ordered products. Skullcrusher, LLC will strive to have your items shipped as fast as possible. International orders should expect a longer lead time to receive their orders.
To ensure that you get all of your items in a timely manner, items may be shipped separately. If for some reason one of your items is not in stock or back ordered, your shipment may be delayed. If your back ordered item is not shipped in a timely manner, you may choose to be granted a refund. Customer Service will contact you during processing to review all of the available options.
Please note that some items on back order may not be listed as such due to system update times. We apologize for any inconvenience. *Special order items will be listed as such on the product page. **Special order items could have a lead time of 4-6 weeks, depending on the product.
RETURN POLICY
Please note we do not accept retroactive discounts. If you forget to enter your coupon code, we cannot apply that discount after the fact.
SKULLCRUSHER, LLC has a return policy of 30 days after you receive your order.
All returned products must be in their original and unused condition and must be in their original packaging.
Perishable products and apparel are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. We also do not accept returns for the following items: Clothing of any sort, Boots, Gloves, Batteries, Headwear, Body Armor, First Aid or trauma treatment products (including tourniquets), or any special-order items.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned with no defect, which will be deducted from your refund. Please include the original packing slip with all returns for proof of purchase. We do not refund shipping charges, and shipping costs for all returns are the customer’s responsibility if there is no manufacturers defect. If your merchandise is found to have a legitimate manufacturers defect, your shipping costs will be refunded (Lowest rate ground shipping only), or applied towards your exchange, and there will be no re-stocking fee.
We do not accept returns for any products 30 days after you receive your order.

Clearance items are not eligible for return. Sale items that are returned will only be returned for the original sale price that you paid, plus the standard 20% restocking fee, if a restocking fee applies to your return.
ONLINE COURSES RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of these products we do not offer returns on any online digital product. No Online Streaming courses can be refunded.
DIGITAL MEDIA RETURN POLICY
DVDs and USB Drives are not returnable due to the content being digital media that can be copied. If you receive a DVD and it does not operate properly, we will replace the DVD once we receive the non-working DVD(s). Films on USB drives that are lost due to user error are not returnable or replaceable. There are NO returns on USB film purchases, only replacements if deemed necessary due to bad file transfers.
